At Shine 2023 we'll be lead in worship by one of our gifted Christian Challenge bands! Your girls will see several female collegiate leaders featured on stage as our weekend musicians!

We're excited to announce our 2023 keynote speaker, Kathy Addis! She will be teaching biblical truths addressing common difficulties our teens face today including social media, drama, identity, and more.

Kathy Addis is a Ministry Wives Consultant of Church Forward and a North American Mission Board Replant Spouse Care and Development Mentor. She lives in Hutchinson, Kansas with her husband Andy who is the lead pastor of CrossPoint Church. She is mom to two adult sons Noah (married to Joy) and Nathan (married to Haley). Now that she and Andy are empty nesters she enjoys traveling with Andy and refinishing old furniture. Some of her favorite times are spent enjoying game nights with her family, leading ladies Bible studies and mentoring girls at the high school.

Every year we have an amazing team of women who dedicate themselves to prayerfully plan this special weekend. We want you to see their pretty faces and get to know them!

Today we're introducing... Erica!

Erica has been married to Jeff Ropp for 8 years. She is the proud mother of four kiddos: Lilly, Laurell, Caleb, and Ellianna, with number five on the way. Erica has lived in or around Hutchinson, KS all her life. She enjoys reading, mostly Christian fiction, and her current favorite thing to watch is The Chosen. She attends Crosspoint Hutchinson and serves in the three-year-old classroom, youth on Wednesdays, and hosts a grow group with her husband. Her days are filled by playing with her kids outside and enjoying the sun as much as possible.

This is her first year with Shine and she is excited to get to know as many young ladies as possible! Erica enjoys the s***k and joy of youth and looks forward to connecting on a deeper level.
