Are you caught in a mental loop that won't stop spinning?

For our Veterans, First Responders, and Active-Duty Service Members, the mind can often become its own battlefield. When dealing with invisible wounds like PTSD, TBI, anxiety, depression, or Moral Injury, it is incredibly easy to fall into Rumination.

Rumination is the involuntary, repetitive focus on the symptoms of our distress, alongside its causes and consequences, rather than its solutions. Unlike proactive problem-solving, it acts like a toxic mental loop. The mind revisits a negative event, split-second decision, mistake, or trauma over and over again—hoping to "fix" or understand it. Instead, we just end up trapped deeper in the emotional distress of the memory.
