Welcome to Salida Street Pianos. Our mission is to bring street pianos to Chaffee County and help facilitate music and art in public spaces. The plan is to collect donated pianos and have local artists paint them and then place them in approved, covered locations throughout downtown Salida and Buena Vista. Giving them a quick tune before leaving them for 4 weeks then moving them to new locations. Follow the link below to youtube to get some examples of street pianos around the world.
