Hey everybody, I just wanted to say thank you to all their donors. Thank you for the people who came reach out to those of you who were not able to make it and a special thank you to an individual who was able to donate $2000 for our cause. We are still working hard for you and every little bit helps but we sure appreciate all the support and all the donations that we got from our first benefits concert in Salem. Again, we can’t think Bryan Hopkins and the War Party for making it all happen please stay tuned for possible other events and fundraisers that we will be having and we will keep you posted on our progress towards our goal!

June is National Aphasia Awareness Month. Oregon and the city of Salem recognize National Aphasia Awareness Month thanks for Governor Kotek and Mayor Julie Hoy!! What are you doing to bring awareness to aphasia! What are the people in your world that don’t have aphasia doing for awareness? Let’s educate about what aphasia isn’t and how people without aphasia can help - being patient, understanding that it’s not a lack of intelligence, don’t fill in or finish sentences unless asked; just to name a few. Help us bring awareness to aphasia for the 2 million Americans living with it right NOW!! Thank you to all the people in our world that are spreading awareness. We love you!
