Just a reminder that if you have never received assistance from Agape Food Pantry you can come by tomorrow 9:30 to 11 and sign up. Thi s is for those who have never received assistance before. We will be open Thursday from 10 till 1 For existing clients. We are located in the Church of Christ parking lot in the building at the back of the church.

We had another banner day at the food room. We helped 144 families. We were able to provide an additional 10 lbs of chicken to each box. We were able to provide this due to the many generous donations from many individuals and businesses in our county. We have received help from young and old, long time businesses new businesses, Republicans and Democrats and at least 5 different churches. We don’t want to single any one business but North Arkansas Electric providing a forklift to unload the chicken was instrumental in us being able to unload.

We have enough to supply boxes for the rest of the month and hopefully February. This is extremely beneficial since our allotments have been smaller in recent months. We are extremely blessed to live in Fulton County. Where neighbors care.

Agape will be open today 10:00 till 1. Due to the many of our many local businesses and individuals that made very generous donations we will again be able to include a turkey breast to all we help. We provided food to 343 families last month in Fulton County. This by far the most we have ever helped. It could not have been done without the help of a wonderful community and county. Thank you to all that helped.

We helped 171 families in Fulton County today. The lines were long and wait time was longer. We are designed to handle 100 maximum in a day. A special thank you to our volunteers: Derek, Quinten Griggs, Philip Manes, Jim Watkins, Barbara Estes, John Dorvak who is the glue that holds all together, Hugh and Jane Whitledge and even preacher David Gibson. These folks worked over and above the call. We exceeded previous highs by over 70 families. If you desire to help it would be greatly appreciated

Time for our October update. We served 294 families in the month of October. That is 10 more than ever before. We signed up over 20 new clients. I will post all those who donated, and there is several, later this week. All donations are greatly appreciated and always needed.

This information is for all existing clients. We will have turkey breasts for our clients who are already in the system. Due to expenses we have a limited number to give out. New sign ups will receive a voucher for a turkey that can be redeemed on November 20th provided we still have enough to cover or existing clients. All new sign ups will receive a full allotment of other food. We will only be open 3 Thursdays in November. We will be closed Thanksgiving Day.
