Agape will be open tomorrow, Thursday, 10 till 1. This will be the last week we will have additional kids meals.

We have had some notable donations recently:

Donnie and Karen donated 20 cases of Macaroni & Cheese on behalf of Modern Woodmen.
Keevin Smith donated several various food items.
Our local grocery store, Town & County, has been helping us on a weekly basis.

Agape will be open 10 till 1 today. This the last Thursday in July so if you have not picked up your assistance this month be sure and swing by.

Also the kids meals continue and they are handed out weekly so be sure and come by for this weeks meals.

Agape will be open today, Thursday the 23rd, from 10 till 1. The summer kids meals will be also be available. Please remember the kids meals are a weekly program. The kids meals will be distributed under the Church of Christ awning. If you haven’t picked up your July assistance yet today is a great day to do so.

Reminder for everyone picking up summer lunches this is a weekly pick up not monthly. So everyone that picked up last week can do so again this week. Same as last week just go under the awning on the Church of Christ. We will also have extra tomatoes to go with the lunches. For everyone picking up their normal monthly assistance the process is the same. We will get you signed up for kids lunches when you pick up your monthly assistance if you have eligible kids. Also if it is the first time we need for the kids to be in the car. We will be open 10 till 1 Thursday.

NEW SUMMER KIDS MEAL PROGRAM.

We have received approval to distribute kids meals in addition to our normal distribution. The program will begin on July 9th and continue for 5 weeks. It is for all kids living with clients of Agape age 18 and under. .The following is what to expect when coming to pick up allotment.

If you picked up your allotment on July 2nd you should have received paperwork to fill out. All you need to do is enter the Church of Christ parking lot like you do for normal pick up. Instead of continuing up to Agape go through the Church canopy where you will drop off paperwork and receive 5 meals for each child. Remember the program requires us the see the participant.

If you are coming on Thursday the 9th to pick up monthly assistance just follow the normal procedure. We will have extra volunteers to assist with filling out the paperwork. Also if at all possible have the eligible children with you.

This is a weekly program and we will be distributing the meals every Thursday for the next five Thursdays. These are shelf stable meals and are prepackaged. This is not affiliated with the schools programs and if eligible you can participate in both. We ask that everyone be patient with the volunteers as we work through the program.
