The Before I Die wall is back in Salem!
In 2013, before there was The Moxie Initiative, there was 'be', a creative adventure started by Carlee and Brian. One of be's first projects was bringing Candy Chang’s global Before I Die project to Salem, creating the first Before I Die wall in the Pacific Northwest at Riverfront Park. Now, 13 years later, and with great thanks to the City of Salem, it has a permanent home at Mill Race Beautification Area (behind Marco Polo Restaurant) in downtown Salem.
We’re happy to see this piece of Salem public art history come back to life.
