Yesterday was a tough day.
Today is going to be a great day!
Look at this! WE did it! WE raised $3,000 for Salem Animal Rescue League in less than 2 years! Let's keep this community cart going!!

Granite Goodies Frustrated Post

Let's be clear. Granite Goodies is a labor of love for me and I think many community members, who I am so grateful for.

But people are taking things, not leaving donations, and that is also something I need to just be ok with.

But I am NOT ok with people ripping nailed down items from the cart. The box circled here was nailed down and filled with CDs. Someone had to really use force to remove this. I also had another basket taken this week and a sign I had nailed down last week. Please STOP defacing my cart or we will have to lock it up each night.

Thanks for reading and hopefully if you did this you now realize that nailed down items are not there for you to help yourself to.

This cart is about community coming together to make a difference for animals without homes. 🐾
