Promotes advancement & growth of women in the construction industry through education, support, and community involvement. We host an annual Construction Career Day event where over 600 High School students in the Willamette Valley are given the opportunity to receive hands-on exposure to a myriad of potential career paths in the industry. We do frequent tours and presentations to local construction projects, providing members with behind the scenes access to some of the biggest and most relevant construction projects in the area.

Mark your calendars! We are hosting our 4th Annual Golf & Galoshes Golf Tournament.

As my time as President of the Salem Chapter comes to an end, I can honestly say how incredibly thankful I am for the amazing board members who stood beside me throughout this journey.

It wasn’t always an easy year. We experienced plenty of ups and downs, but we made it through together, and I am proud of everything we accomplished.

I’m excited to step into a new role of supporting Mercedez as our new President, and I know she will do an amazing job leading our chapter forward.

To my board, our members, and everyone who encouraged and supported me along the way, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It has truly been an honor to serve as your President. 💜

In July we had an incredible opportunity to tour K & E Excavating’s facility and grounds. Learning about equipment, their now employee owned operation, and how they give back to their community and team in so many ways. What a fantastic excursion! Thank you, K&E!!!
