The Associated Students of Chemeketa have coordinated a free Get Yourself Tested event on Wednesday, April 22.

We’ll be there to provide free STD testing and education from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You do not need to be a Chemeketa Community College student to participate.

Hey! I wanted to share something I've been working on at work.

My company used to rely on a government program to provide free phones and service to people in need, but that program ended, so we started a nonprofit called Cell Phone Safety Net to keep helping people.

Today we’re doing a fundraiser with Panda Express. If you order online and use Fundraiser Code 9014239, they donate 28% of your order to the nonprofit (any location in the US works).

If you were already planning to grab food, it’s an easy way to help a good cause! 🙂

The Jane Goodell Environmental Middle School
Is a charter program located in the Oregon school for the deaf campus. This program is a 100ish kids for 6,7,& 8th grade. Jgems is a self transport school program and there is a car pool parents can engage with for successful attendance. This program goes on field trips, work studies, working with scientists in our community. They teach Crochet, knitting, and other self sufficiency when it comes to their roots and shoots program, growing your own food and mnay other environment community engagement.

Field trips include silver falls hike and others
