The ARCHES Project will be activating cooling centers on Tuesday, July 21, and Wednesday, July 22.

July 21
• ARCHES Day Center: 615 Commercial St. NE, Salem (18+ only), 1-7 p.m.

• ARCHES Family First: 1255 Broadway St. NE, Salem (families), 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Woodburn Shelter: 1560 Hardcastle St., Woodburn (18+ only), 1-7 p.m.

July 22

Starting June 29th:



• HOAP Service Hours (Monday-Friday)

· Day Center open 9am-2pm

· Window Services from 2pm-4pm* (HOAP will close at 2pm on Wednesdays)



• Medical Bus Run (Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday) route will be changing as follows:



· 9:00am - Wallace Marine Park (first parking lot)

· 9:20am - UGM, 777 Commercial St. NE

· 9:25am - Safe Sleep, 1910 Front St. NE

· 9:30am - HOST, 1143 Liberty St. NE

· 9:35am - Arches, 615 Commercial St. NE

· 9:45am - HOAP, 694 Church St. NE



Starting July 13th:



• HOAP Onsite Medical Clinic - We will be adding an additional day of medical care:

â—¦ Mondays & Wednesdays: 8:30am-11am

â—¦ Thursdays: 10am-12pm (Clients can utilize the bus run to come to HOAP)

Youth Zero Passes Now Available for the 2026-27 school year. In partnership with Cherriots, the City of Salem, and the City of Keizer our community offers the Youth Zero Pass, which allows children 0-18 to ride Cherriots Local, Regional and Lift buses at no-cost to them.
