The Salem Pantry's innovative public pop up pantries, home deliveries, and brick-and-mortar market offer an abundant selection of produce, proteins, spices, and dairy products. We partner with local farmers and health organizations to nourish our community from the inside out.

Earlier this year, our team spent the day at New Entry Sustainable Farming Project, volunteering and seeing their work up close. 🌱

New Entry supplies The Salem Pantry with weekly deliveries of fresh, locally grown produce, including through their Incubator Farm Program, which gives small farmers affordable access to land and resources. That produce makes its way to neighbors across the North Shore through our programs.

Grateful for New Entry and all our farm partners. 💚

For the past 4-5 years, they’ve delivered fresh, local produce straight from the fields to The Salem Pantry, ensuring our neighbors have access to healthy, nourishing food.

Every week, Boston Area Gleaners helps us fill our shelves and hearts with goodness. Together, we’re building a stronger, healthier community one meal at a time. 💚

🌱 Meet another one of our incredible farm partners: Mack Park Farm! Since 2020, this city-run farm has partnered with The Salem Pantry, sharing roughly HALF of everything they grow with our community.

Mack Park Farm helps us tackle food access right here in Salem.

This farm is proof that community partnerships grow more than just vegetables, they grow food security. 💚

Their fresh produce and herbs, grown right in Lynn, make their way to The Salem Pantry every single week, connecting local farms to our neighbors across the North Shore.

🗣️ SNAP WEEK OF ACTION: AUGUST 17-21

This week, we’re joining advocates nationwide to send a clear message to Congress: Protect SNAP. Invest in SNAP. Keep families nourished.

We’re proud to stand with FRAC for the national Week of Action, urging Congress to use every opportunity, like the Farm Bill, appropriations, and end-of-year spending
to reverse the harmful SNAP cuts in H.R. 1 and stop the looming shift of SNAP costs onto states.

Why does this matter? SNAP is a lifeline for families, farmers, grocery stores, and local economies. When SNAP is weakened, hunger rises and organizations like ours can’t fill the gap alone. For every meal we provide, SNAP delivers nine.
