Free music festival in Salem, MA — tomorrow at Salem Willows. 🎶

SAVE THIS MAP, share this post, and plan your trolley route before you arrive. The Salem Jazz & Soul Festival runs Saturday, August 15, from 11 AM–7 PM — free, all ages, and rain or shine.

This is your festival-day guide to the Main Stage, MusicKidz and Music Education tents, 25+ local makers, the new 21+ Mercy Lawn, restrooms, check-in, and the whole glorious day by the water.

Parking at the Willows is tight. The easy move is the Salem Trolley: park free at Bentley Academy Innovation School, 25 Memorial Drive, then ride straight to the festival. Continuous service runs noon–8 PM. It’s $10 round trip, and children under 6 ride free.

Bring a blanket. Bring your people. Come for a set and stay for the whole day.

📅 SAVE THE DATE, Salem!

The 19th Annual Salem Arts Festival returns Friday–Sunday, June 4–6, 2027 — three days of art taking over downtown Salem, and you're invited.

Free. Family-friendly. Unmistakably Salem.

Picture it: the juried gallery at Old Town Hall, artists painting 8'×4'
murals live at Artists' Row, the artisan street fair spilling down the
blocks, and stages full of music, dance, and circus arts around every
corner. That's a Salem Arts Festival weekend — and the 19th is going to be one to remember.

Mark your calendars now. Artist, vendor, and performer calls will openin the months ahead — follow along so you don't miss a thing.

You voted — nearly 600 of you — and the People's Choice is in. 🎨

Congratulations to Ammy Gonzalez (), winner of the 2026 SalemArts Festival Mural Slam! Ammy's panel took the top spot with 224 community votes — about 38% of every ballot cast at Artists' Row.

Ammy is a Dominican-born artist and designer studying graphic design at MassArt, with work rooted in storytelling and the way our surroundings shape who we become. Watching that come to life on an 8'×4' panel this June? Unforgettable.

But here's the thing about the Mural Slam: twelve artists showed up,
brushes in hand, and painted live in front of the whole city across
festival weekend. Every one of them made Artists' Row worth standing in.
