West Salem Junior Baseball West Salem Junior Baseball is dedicated to the youth of our community, emphasizing the fundamentals of this country’s favorite pastime.

The philosophy of West Salem Junior Baseball is to provide a positive and competitive baseball experience for youth ages 12-14. Players are divided into separate divisions based on grade and skill level. All games are played according to the rules of the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) with some modifications to tailor the rules to the grade and skill level of the play

ers. We are a volunteer based organization run by a governing board. It is our goal to mechanically prepare, instill the love of the game and build lasting character in the next generation of highly competitive baseball players for West Salem High School.
