Hello! I see some are still here. Hope everyone and their piggies are well! We are just down to 4 now. This COVID thing has been crazy! I haven't posted here in a very long time. Just wanted to check in with everyone. Love you all and your piggies 😘😘😘 Hope you're all staying safe and healthy.

Hello all. The time has come for me to close my doors. I have helped several piggies and I will continue to do some rescue here and there. I currently have 16 piggies to care for that are permanent residents. Maybe sometime in the future, I'll open up again but, as of now. I am feeling that this isn't working for me. I have enjoyed all of you and all of your support and help. I will leave this page up, but we are closed and will remain so. We are not adopting out anyone and I am not accepting any. The remaining piggies will live out their lives here comfortably and with love. I might rename the page something else, but not sure. Please don't be sad or mad. I have fought with this for a while. I just don't have the time I'd like to devote to the rescue, so it's best if I keep who I have. I am sure I'll still rescue, just not on a large scale. It will be what I can handle. I have 3 children, all kinds of pets,a husband and an almost full time paying job I have to manage as well. I already can't manage this page as it is because I am just so busy. That isn't fair to you all. Thank you all so much for reading and understanding. There will still be occasional posts of piggies and info here. Just low key. You won't hurt my feelings if you decide to move on from my page. I understand life. ♥️

Hello all! Sorry that I have been so quiet. Life is crazy! The piggies are all doing wonderfully and I want to say a huge thank you to my supporters out there. ❤️ Included in today's post, some piggies, Dory and Shasta...they are residents. Then the rest of my animals that reside with us. Don't worry, your hard earned $ that you donate never go to anything but the piggies. ❤️ Feed, bedding, hay and vet care. Children do lose interest. My own kids lost interest. I continued to make them change that cage 2 times a week as long as that pair of guinea pigs lived. Guess what? He knows now that as an adult he isn't really interested either and has never become a pet owner. No clue what would have happened had I let him bail on those guinea pigs and I don't really care because I didn't and he learned the lesson that you don't whine your way out of your responsibility.

Spring cleaning in the piggie room. Gravy and Rusty got a new cage to share with a goal of bonding them. So far they seem to like each other. Then my little Symphony girl in the holding tub whilst I clean her cage. Sweet little thing. ❤️ Love them all.

RIP to my sweet Ginger girl 😔 came out to do my evening feeding and hay and pick ups and cuddles to find her in her final sleep. It doesn't get easier or less hurtful when you find one gone. No obvious reasons why she passed. I suspect heart related because her eyes were open and she was on her side. Hopefully it wasn't long and painful. She looked just fine and normal this afternoon, wheeking and begging for a treat like usual. I know she had have been at least 4 if not older. She was so funny and vocal. A shelter favorite and part of my girl herd that will never be adopted out. I hope she has fun wherever she is with her cage mate that had passed around a year ago and my Sweet Chappy boy whom I miss so much. Popcorn free sweetheart. I will miss you.💔💔💔
