Yesterday, OMHA had the honor of meeting with Governor Kotek and legislative leadership to share about our industry and our ability to scale up production, as well as to discuss ways the state can continue creating opportunities for homeownership and community developments.

OMHA is committed to supporting legislation that promotes housing affordability. We are thankful for Governor Kotek’s leadership in this area and were proud to support her 2026 bill, HB 4082, which makes land available for new manufactured home development.

Earlier today, OMHA VP Vanessa Rez of Evergreen Home Loans taught a class on MH lending at Clayton Albany. The group then toured the factory while production was on pause for lunch (safety first!).
