Are you great with teens, responsible behind the wheel, and looking for a job where every day is a little different?
We’re looking for someone who wants to make a difference working with youth! And honestly, no previous experience in this field is preferred. We can teach you the job — we’re looking for the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
🚗 What You'll Do
Supervise and engage with youth
Provide safe, reliable transportation
Help with basic animal care
Assist with program cleaning and keeping things organized
Be a positive, dependable presence for the youth we serve
💰 Pay & Hours
$21/hour during the trial period
$23/hour after the trial period
20–40 hours per week
✅ What You Need
Valid Oregon Driver License (ODL)
Clean driving record
Drug-free
Able to pass a state background check
Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working with youth
Willing to pitch in with animals, cleaning, and whatever the day brings!

You don't need a fancy résumé or years of experience. In fact, we prefer candidates who are new to this field and are excited to learn.
