Christina Lask, owner of Laser Therapy of Oregon, is a wellness practitioner focused on helping people improve function, reduce pain, and feel better in their daily lives.

In addition to working directly with clients, Christina actively builds partnerships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to expand access to non-invasive therapies. She is passionate about ethical business growth, patient education, and creating services that genuinely make a difference. After over 15 years in healthcare, she has seen how crucial communication is to the culture and health of an organization, as well as to its outward representation to patients, vendors, and the community. Kursten joined WIN in April 2024.

She is the founder of Investment Management Solutions LLC. Her company specializes in property management services, currently managing 120 doors, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to meet the unique needs of both property owners and tenants alike.

She provides services such as tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting. Her user-friendly online platform allows residents to easily access rental applications and manage their accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

This week's speakers will be Linda Campbell, owner of Chaos Undone Professional Organizing and Debbi Armas with Instant Fire Protection Co.

Linda is the owner of Chaos Undone, a company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve efficiency and productivity through organizing and design. She offers services including QuickBooks consulting, office organization, home office design, photo organization, and memorabilia preservation. Her passion lies in creatively maintaining an environment of efficiency, productivity, and design, and inspiring and facilitating others to enjoy the same.

Debbi has been a member of WIN since August 2022. She's currently the Office Manager of Instant Fire Protection, a family owned business that’s been providing fire protection in the Willamette Valley since 1960.

They believe everyone plays a part in keeping our community safe. From regulations and trained professionals to basic preparedness and information, we work together to prevent, suppress, and fight fire. Laura Zimmerman has been a member of WIN since May 2025. Laura Zimmerman is the owner of NW Body Works, specializing in Swedish Massage, Trigger-Point Therapy, and Sports Massage. With a diverse background in both massage therapy and occupational therapy, Laura brings a holistic approach to wellness and recovery. She received her massage therapy training at De Anza College, where she also studied personal fitness training. Laura later pursued occupational therapy at San Jose State University and holds professional licenses in both fields, allowing her to offer a well-rounded perspective on healing and overall well-being.

Lisa brings over 30 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, giving her a well-rounded perspective and a deep passion for problem solving and strategic planning. She is known for asking the right questions—ones that spark clarity, creativity, and forward movement—while building authentic, trust-based relationships with her clients.

Linnea is a Medicare broker dedicated to helping individuals navigate its complexities and find the best coverage based on their needs. She has extensive knowledge of the various plans and the ever-changing healthcare landscape. She aims to empower her clients by providing the information and support they need to make informed decisions.

Jeanne Smith has been a member of WIN since 2022, she is the co-owner of Valley Pest Control, which has quickly grown to be the most reliable pest control business in the valley. They service from Eugene to Portland, and as far as Detroit to Grand Ronde. So, if you encounter anything from ants to rats and everything in between, and you want them taken care of quickly, Valley Pest Control is the company to call.

Kristen has been a member of WIN since May 2025 she represents Pampered Chef, enriching lives, one meal and one memory at a time.

Kelsey has been a member of WIN since February 2025. She is a licensed esthetician and the proud owner of Soft Glow Esthetics, located in the Reed Opera House in downtown Salem, OR.

After graduating from Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics Institute, she began specializing in hydrafacial treatments, nourishing hydrojelly facials, dermaplaning, facial waxing, lymphatic drainage, and eyebrow tinting.

An Oregonian at heart, Kelsey loves the outdoors—camping, paddleboarding, and hiking are some of her favorite activities. She shares her home with two dogs and a cat, who she considers the absolute loves of her life. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with friends, cooking, reading, and playing games.

She looks forward to helping clients on their skincare journey.
