Linda has been a member of WIN since 2011.

A local author, entrepreneur, and wellness enthusiast with a passion for helping women look and feel their best. She inspires women to embrace the sacred practice of slowing down and honoring oneself, reviving one's skin to its healthy and radiant glory with Korean skincare. She represents Roman, a non-toxic K-beauty skincare line focused on clean, effective products.

Linda is known for her upbeat, genuine style and in her free time teaches and enjoys line dancing. She loves connecting with other women, building community, and sharing simple ways to boost confidence and well-being.

Today's speaker will be Jordan Ohrt with Mission Healthcare and Jennifer Giese co-owner of Synergy Home Care. We meet Wednesdays at 7:30 am at the Broadway Commons, 3rd floor, Russia room.

Jordan has been apart of WIN since February 2013.

Jordan is an Account Manager with Mission Healthcare which provides home health services throughout the Willamette Valley.

Home health is a vital service that brings medical care directly into the homes of patients, especially seniors and individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. It includes skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy—all provided in the comfort and familiarity of one’s owns home, wherever that may be.

Jennifer has been a member of WIN since January 2025.

She is the co-owner of SYNERGY HomeCare of Salem. From volunteering at assisted living facilities in middle school to building a career spanning over 25 years in the healthcare industry, She has dedicated her life to serving and caring for those within her community. In 2021, she returned to her passion for working with older adults and in September 2024, turned her vision into reality by opening SYNERGY HomeCare of Salem.

Her agency provides compassionate, non-medical in-home care to people of all ages and abilities. Their services include assistance with cooking, shopping, running errands, transportation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily life. SYNERGY HomeCare's mission is to create a world of care at home for all.

Joan has been a member of WIN sin October of 1990.

Joan is an active State Farm Agent in Salem since 1978. She enjoys helping friends and neighbors find the coverage they need to protect themselves at a price they can afford. State Farm offers auto, homeowners, condo, renters, personal articles, business, life, health, and pet insurance.

Tracie has been a member of WIN since December 2016.

She is Vice President/Investments and a Financial Advisor at Stifel with over 30 years of experience helping clients navigate the ups and downs of the market.

Whether it’s saving or planning for your retirement, managing through a job loss, long term care expenses or navigating major life transitions like divorce or the loss of a loved one, she focuses on providing peace of mind in uncertain times.

Her goal is to be a dependable, trusted partner throughout each client’s financial journey.

This week's speakers will be Anita McIntire representing Broadway Commons and Shelli McKenzie with Windermere Heritage Real Estate.

We meet Wednesdays at 7:30 am at the Broadway Commons, 3rd floor, Russia room.

Anita and Shelli both began as members of WIN in April 2023.

Anita was the previous event coordinator for Broadway Commons before her retirement last year. The role is currently managed by Megan Nuttbrock. The Broadway Commons is a community gathering place. The space has both rentable and free public meeting spaces for whatever you need from a small meeting of three to four, up to 250. It's a great place to get together.

Whether you are buying or selling your home, her commitment is to be with you every step of the way. She is committed to creating a lifelong relationship with you based on honesty and integrity.

Every client is important to her and she strives to be attentive, available, and helpful to each one. Communication is essential to the professional relationship, She will keep you updated on current market conditions and the impact they may have during the sale or purchase of your home.

Christina joined WIN in November 2025.

Christina Lask, owner of Laser Therapy of Oregon, is a wellness practitioner focused on helping people improve function, reduce pain, and feel better in their daily lives.

In addition to working directly with clients, Christina actively builds partnerships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to expand access to non-invasive therapies. She is passionate about ethical business growth, patient education, and creating services that genuinely make a difference.
