Alli is our newest member of WIN, she is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Northwestern Home loans, serving all of Oregon with expert guidance on residential home financing. She helps first-time homebuyers, real estate investors, and repeat buyers secure FHA loans, VA loans, Conventional loans, USDA loans and more. Whether you’re buying in Salem, Portland, Bend, or anywhere in Oregon she makes the home loan process smooth, strategic, and personalized.

Wednesday's speakers will be Allison Gilmore with Leadership Mindset Coaching and Joan Johnson with State Farm Insurance.

We meet Wednesdays at 7:30 am at the Broadway Commons, 3rd floor, Russia room.

Allison has ben a member of WIN since November of 2025. After over 15 years in healthcare, she has seen how crucial communication is to the culture and health of an organization, as well as to its outward representation to patients, vendors, and the community. Watching organizations flounder in a sea of unhappy employees, high turnover rates, poor patient reviews, and damaged community and vendor relationships is so disheartening. No one wins in those situations — not the employer, not the employee, not the customer/patient, and not the community.

Allison believes connection built through intentional, authentic, and effective communication is at the heart of a healthy organization. CONNECT more effectively … LEAD more confidently … Create cultures that THRIVE.

Joan has been a member of WIN since October 2003. She is an active State Farm Agent in Salem since 1978. She enjoys helping friends and neighbors find the coverage they need to protect themselves at a price they can afford. State Farm offers auto, homeowners, condo, renters, personal articles, business, life, health, and pet insurance.

Our theme this year is Girls Game Night – Networking Bunco, and we’re excited to bring people together for a fun and engaging evening.

Guests are encouraged to arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 PM to enjoy a complimentary pasta and salad bar, grab a beverage on us, and get settled at a table. Each table will feature fun networking questions to help spark conversation before the game begins.

Bunco game time starts at 6:10 PM, so be sure to arrive early enough to join in!

There is no cost to attend, and we’ll have plenty of excitement throughout the evening, including:

A raffle drawing featuring prizes and gifts generously donated by our members, including:

Kristen Lee has rejoined WIN in May of 2025 and will be talking to us about her new endeavor.

Shelli has been a member of WIN since April 2023.

This week's speakers will be Jeanne Smith with Valley Pest Control and Laura Zimmerman with NW Body Works.

Jeanne Smith has been a member of WIN since 2022, she is the co-owner of Valley Pest Control, which has quickly grown to be the most reliable pest control business in the valley. They service from Eugene to Portland, and as far as Detroit to Grand Ronde. So, if you encounter anything from ants to rats and everything in between, and you want them taken care of quickly, Valley Pest Control is the company to call.

Laura Zimmerman has been a member of WIN since May 2025. Laura Zimmerman is the owner of NW Body Works, specializing in Swedish Massage, Trigger-Point Therapy, and Sports Massage. With a diverse background in both massage therapy and occupational therapy, Laura brings a holistic approach to wellness and recovery. She received her massage therapy training at De Anza College, where she also studied personal fitness training. Laura later pursued occupational therapy at San Jose State University and holds professional licenses in both fields, allowing her to offer a well-rounded perspective on healing and overall well-being.

Maria has been a member of WIN since 2020, she is a CPA and partner with Anthem Strategists, which provides financial services for businesses, including tax preparation and planning, CFO services, and bookkeeping. They can show you how to build a bridge from where you are now to where you want to be. And after all, that’s the point of owning a business.

Linnea is a Medicare broker dedicated to helping individuals navigate its complexities and find the best coverage based on their needs. She has extensive knowledge of the various plans and the ever-changing healthcare landscape. She aims to empower her clients by providing the information and support they need to make informed decisions.
