Come join the Marion CFB Young Leaders next Saturday (September 12th) at the Southern Illinois Antique Power Days weekend as they host their annual Pedal Tractor Pull! The event will begin at 1 p.m. in the north cattle barn at the Marion County Fairgrounds.

Prizes for the top 3 pullers in each age category! All ages welcome!

Congratulations to Savanna Smith of the Mecham Worthwhiles 4-H Club! Savanna was a winner of a 2026 Marion County Farm Bureau (CFB) 4-H Project Grant to help purchase supplies for her sheep project at the Marion County Fair.

The Marion CFB once again offered grants of up to $150 this year to assist local 4-H'ers beginning new projects. This year fourteen (14) local 4-H'ers were awarded grants with funding requests totaling $2,031.94 Since the program began Marion CFB has awarded $5,149.58 in total funding to 39 young participants

Congratulations to Patoka Community School on being one of eleven recipients of the 2026 Marion County Community Impact Grant! πŸŽ‰

Patoka School was awarded $300 to support updates to the FFA Greenhouse.

The Marion County Young Leaders are excited to bring back the annual Pedal Tractor Pull, hosted as part of the Antique Power Days weekend!

This free, fun, family-friendly event is a favorite for kids and the community β€” come cheer them on as they pedal their way to smiles and bragging rights!

Every year the Marion CFB Foundation offers up to $350 towards classroom projects that reflect and promote agriculture in the classroom. Funding can be applied to go towards field trips, supplies, resources and more!

For just a $100 tax-deductible donation, you can "adopt" a classroom of your choice right here in Marion County. Your support helps bring agriculture-specific lessons and materials directly to students through our Ag in the Classroom Coordinator.

We want to showcase agriculture in Marion County and we need your help!
Submit your favorite agriculture pictures from the past year (must be Marion County) and have a chance to win a cash prize! Members will also have the chance to be featured on the cover of the 2027 Marion County Plat Book and in the Member Made Calendar!
