HYPE (Helping Young Professionals Excel) has been formed through the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce to do just that. As our generation grows into our community, we wanted to create a venue for networking, personal acceleration of our careers, and alternative events to help drive success in the younger entrepreneurs. Our Mission is to help young professionals excel in their careers by organizing
events that promote professional development and relationship building with in the community. Although we are new, there is a lot of promise. Please contact us if you would like to be involved, sponsor an event, or just get to know us a bit better. Goals:
1. To provide a fun social atmosphere where young professionals can network and grow their business contacts.
2. To invite/solicit speakers and industry experts that can give tips and share personal experiences of how they advanced in their careers.
3. To Promote educational opportunities for young professionals to develop and grow professionally.
4. To help and encourage the young professionals of today to become the future leaders of tomorrow.
