So cool to see all of the hard work and dedication has put into their new teen drop in center "Stormy's place !
This center is located downtown and has so many resources for local youth at risk from 10-18!
Food boxes, clothes, a hot meal, and even just a safe place to hang for a few hours after school with their friends are just a few of things that Hayley and her team offer!

When Heart to Soles held our final event, one of the organizations that we donated a large portion of our leftover shoes was Punx. We had no doubt they would find the feet of the exact people that needed them!
It was really cool to see the shoes out and available!

Thank you to Hayley and her team at Punx with purpose, you really are helping our community shine!

Two weeks ago, we sadly said farewell to Heart to Soles.
We did it the only way we know how.
The way we started.
By giving out shoes to youth in need!
Once again the Boys and Girls club allowed us to fill their building with shoes and clothes!

For four short hours youth and families came through and shopped. By the end, 170 youth walked away with a fresh pair of kicks!

Volunteers hustled and helped. Full smiles were on display and some tears fell as we all said goodbye to something that has been so major in our lives over the past seven years.

After the families had left, we donated over 1,000 pairs of shoes and the remaining clothes to local programs that serve youth. .mustangs and .hs just to name a few.

With that donation and the kids that attended, today marked the largest giveaway in our 7 years.

Over 5,000 pairs of shoes given to youth in need.
7 Counties served.
Over 150,000 dollars raised.
Over 300 volunteers have helped.

We say thank you once again to anyone who helped and supported us to make those things happen.
Thank you to everyone that made Heart to Soles your own and became your family.
Thank you to everyone that took time to attend and allow us to help.
We will never forget this time and the smiles.

Before and after every event, our first thank you is always to our volunteers and supporters.
We started with boxes of shoes, clothing and a building. These people brought it to life! 🫶🏼✨

We served more youth and families than ever before this year. We were able to do that because of these hearts right here!
More posts to come capturing the magic, but first we want to recognize the group that made it happen.

As we prep for this year's Unboxing day, we can't help but think about where it all started.

This picture captures what things looked like the night before our first Unboxing day. It was an incredible amount of shoes. The picture represents more than just shoes, it represents energy, time, and effort to get to that point.
The next day would be full of moments. We served just under 40 youth with new shoes. We were thrilled. We had done what we set out to do.

This year's event, we will have over 2,000 pairs of shoes, be offering clothing, haircuts, and at this point have over 260 youth pre registered from all over the Mid Valley area.

The feelings before the events are the same now 6 years later. And you better believe the feeling during and after feel the same as well!

Getting to serve this community is our pleasure. Thank you everyone for all the hard work towards this year's event.
Every year, including our first would never have happened without donors, volunteers, community partners, DHS staff, and our cheerleaders!

Less than 4 days until all the moments!
