Congratulations to MVARCF Board Member Katy Voves and Allie Saunders, co-founders of Havenrose Real Estate, on celebrating two years in business. Read more below about how they started their own successful brokerage, and how they continue to give back to our Mid-Valley communities.

Starting a business in under two months? 😳

That’s exactly what Katy Voves and Allie Saunders did when launching Havenrose Real Estate in Salem, powered by long nights, big dreams, and a shared mindset.

Two years later, their hard work has paid off in a big way. From building a successful brokerage to giving back through local nonprofits, their story is a powerful reminder that success in real estate starts with people, not just profit.

💬 “If you are in it to really help people the right way, the money will come.”
