🚨 WELCOME HOME, COACH! 🚨

We’re excited to officially announce Coach Brody LaFountaine as the new head coach of Sprague/South Men’s Lacrosse 🥍

A former three-year captain at Sprague, Coach Brody brings a deep connection to our program, 8 years of playing experience, years of club lacrosse competition across the country, and a resume that speaks for itself: including multiple First Team All-Conference honors.

After returning to Sprague last season as our Defensive Coordinator, he made an immediate impact and was named Assistant Coach of the Year.

Now, he’s ready to take the reins 💪🏼

Help support music education in Salem-Keizer!

The Music Lessons Project is making a lasting difference by helping connect students with music education opportunities, and they're looking for passionate community members to help continue that mission.

Right now, their greatest need is a Board Secretary, but they're also seeking volunteers and board members with a variety of talents, including:

🎵 Communications & Outreach
💻 Technology
🎼 Music Education & Program Support
🎉 Event Planning
🤝 General Board Leadership

Whether you have experience serving on a nonprofit board or simply want to give back to music education in our community, there's a place for you to make an impact.

Serving doesn't have to mean doing everything—it means bringing your unique skills to a team that believes every student deserves access to music.

Five of our Sprague band students (Ian, Echo, Andrew, Risa, and Cassidy) plus a Sprague choir member (Sam) are shown here in Paris, on a two-week European tour with Oregon Ambassadors of Music!

They have already performed at Omaha beach for the citizens of Normandy (after participating in the wreath laying ceremony at the Normandy American Cemetery) and then at a beautiful park in Paris.
