📢 Introducing OMCA’s Environmental Public Health Grant

At Oregon Marshallese Community Association (OMCA), we believe that transparency builds trust.

Many of our community members remember a time when OMCA was able to provide different forms of financial assistance through past grant programs. Those programs served an important purpose during their time, but every grant has its own goals, budget, and requirements.

Today, OMCA is proud to be serving our community through a new Environmental Public Health Grant focused on education, outreach, emergency preparedness, and community health.

This means our funding can only be used for activities and resources approved within the grant agreement. While we may not be able to provide every type of assistance requested, we remain committed to serving our community in the ways this grant allows.

This post is the first in a series where we’ll explain our programs, answer common questions, and keep our community informed about the work we’re doing.

Thank you for your continued support as we work together to build a stronger, healthier, and more prepared Marshallese community.
