All (known) cats have been rehomed!!! Thank you to Meow Village for taking the last three cats and so many before them!! Tipee, Cow, and Mama will all have a new barn home soon!

Three more make it to their new barn home in Washington! Wishing Diamond, Slinks, and Stripe the best!! Only three cats remain in the colony! 🎉

It’s been awhile but things are moving forward again! Three more cats captured and on their way to barn homes!! Wishing Brownie, Sands, and Cheetah the best at their new homes!! We are down to 6 kitties. Two have gone missing over the past month 😢 so 8 should they turn up again or just be hiding from the sun!

Grayling is heading to a barn! This friendlier semi-feral is needed at a barn with a similar friendly feral, and I’m so happy it worked out!! Especially since she refused to be surrendered to WHS as a friendly. ❤️ Also, Panda and Mouse are at WHS today for a spay and neuter! They may or may not come back to the colony depending on their health and if there is a barn available (cats with a lot of white are harder to place in barns).

Some good and bad news… We lost one of the feral cats who was struck by a vehicle this past week. One of our neighbors found him and was gracious enough to take care of him for me 💔. The driver didnt stop or didn’t know they struck him. I called him Kitten because he was one of the gray kittens that we saw running around in early 2021. RIP.

On a happier note, the last social cat was dropped off at WHS today!! Tom lived in my garage for a day and was such a sweetheart the whole time!! I know he’ll find a good home!! The remaining cats will all be placed as barn cats, since they are not social enough to be placed in homes. This should happen over the next 12 months 🎉

Last two social cats are at WHS!! Tina (will be Zena at WHS) and Scooby weren’t excited about their trip, but were calm and already purring or allowing pets when they got to WHS! Very excited for them!! ❤️❤️❤️. I have one last apt this week and I’m hoping to get the three just short of social cats in to see if they can make the cut!! 🤞 sadly, I’ll likely have to trap them so if you see traps out that’s why!

Dropped off Rabbit to WHS!! She’s one of my favorites and is going to be so missed!! But I’m glad she’ll be safe and warm from now on!! Also, s’more is already up for adoption!!! And staff are super charmed by him!! ❤️❤️❤️

Pinot Gris and Paris have made it to WHS!! No more dealing with the rain and cold!! Hopefully, they find a safe and warm place to live and love!
