Today, on PTSD Awareness Day, we recognize the courage of those living with post-traumatic stress and remind every Veteran that seeking support is a sign of strength.

At VETcare, we know that healing looks different for everyone. Through safe housing, recovery support, peer connection, and compassionate care, we are committed to walking alongside Veterans as they build healthier, more stable futures.

You are not alone. Help is available, and hope is always within reach.

🌊 Beach Therapy Day was one of our Veterans' favorite monthly traditions, and this month's outing did not disappoint!

The day began with a trip to Depoe Bay for some ocean views and time exploring local shops, followed by lunch and fellowship with fellow Veterans in Newport. Veterans then spent time at the beach enjoying the sound of the waves, fresh sea air, and a chance to relax and recharge.

At VETcare, outings like these are about more than recreation. They provide opportunities for connection, stress reduction, peer support, and improved well-being. We are grateful to continue offering experiences that our Veterans look forward to each month. 🇺🇸🌊
