Sirena Fest

Sirena Fest Sirena Fest is an annual event run by Legacy CTX Inc. There will be mermaids in the creek, stilt walkers, giant bubbles, and jugglers- a whimsical atmosphere.

The goals of Sirena Fest are to honor the Legend of Sirena, share the wonder of Salado with others, educate children about creek habitat and wildlife (conservation), and raise money for the construction of an all-abilities playground in Salado. There will also be face painters, food trucks, arts, children's activities, and more!! We hope to see you there!

Hey Kids, we want to see you at Fin Fest too!

Show up in your Best Mermaid or Sea-Inspired Costume for a chance to take home the Gold, Silver, or Bronze medal for Best Costume.

Contest Rules - Must be age 12 and under to participate, wear your best mermaid or pirate outfit to Pace Park on October 4th, strut your stuff and have fun during the contest. Contest will be held at 12 p.m.

Food insecurity is a bigger problem than most people know. And, Salado is not exempt from it. That's why Legacy CTX Inc. decided to build and maintain 2 Little Food Pantries: one at the Salado Civic Center and one at the Field of Dreams soccer fields. We rely on donations to keep them full. You can put non-perishabe food items directly into the pantry. Please, no bread, fruits, fresh veggies, etc. Thank you for your support of this important project!
