This adorable little girl is one of our rescued TNR kittens! 🐱 We aren’t exactly sure how old Pepper is, but we do know one thing—she deserves a loving forever home! ❤️
Pepper was trapped as part of a TNR effort, but the location was simply too dangerous for her to be returned. We couldn’t take that chance, so we brought this precious little girl to safety! 🐾
And what a sweetheart she is! 🥰 Pepper is incredibly loving, playful, and bursting with kitten energy! She’s ready to leave her difficult beginning behind and start a beautiful new chapter with a family of her very own. 🏡💕

🐾💕 SPOILING MY BABIES WHILE I STILL CAN! 💕🐾

These precious little babies will hopefully be leaving me this weekend to start their new lives in their forever homes! 🏡❤️ As happy as I am for them, saying goodbye is never easy. So until that moment comes, you better believe I’m going to spoil them rotten with extra cuddles, kisses, and all the love they can handle! 🥹💕 They may only be with us for a little while, but they take a piece of our hearts with them forever. ❤️🐱

You all know we are WAY beyond our maximum capacity. We have no room, very limited resources, and more cats and kittens than we can handle. But yesterday, how could I leave these two sick babies behind? 💔
They were part of a litter of four, and the entire drive home I kept thinking, “Oh my gosh, Teri is going to KILL ME!” 😂 We have NO ROOM, and we can't put sick kittens with our healthy ones!
So I sent Teri a picture with a 🫣 emoji. Of course, my phone rang immediately!
Teri: “WHERE DID YOU GET THEM?”
I explained the story, expecting a lecture about how we can't take in any more kittens.
Instead, she said, “AND WHY DIDN'T YOU GRAB THE OTHER TWO?” ❤️😭
And THAT is why I love my rescue partner! Two completely overwhelmed women, running out of space, money, and energy, but somehow never running out of love. ❤️
These babies need care, and we desperately need YOUR help! Every adoption opens space for another life, and every donation helps us keep going.

Hi everyone! Meet Charlie. 🐾❤️
Charlie is about 5 months old, and sadly, he and his brother were returned to us for no apparent reason. They did absolutely nothing wrong. 💔

Recently, Charlie’s brother found his forever home
😢 He doesn’t understand what happened. Where did his family go? Where is his brother? And why is he still here?
This precious boy is extremely sweet, gentle, playful, and a total snuggle bug! He loves being held, purrs with happiness, and just wants someone to love him. ❤️
Charlie is neutered, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and ready for his forever home.

Today was a wonderful day at Second Chance Sanctuary! Our sweet boys, Duke and Winston, went to their forever home TOGETHER! 🏡💕
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing our rescued babies get the happy ending they deserve. From uncertain beginnings to a lifetime of love, these two handsome boys have officially started their next chapter! 🐱❤️
A huge THANK YOU to their amazing adoptive family for opening their hearts and home to BOTH of them! Knowing they will grow up together, surrounded by love, makes our hearts so happy. 🥹💕

With heavy hearts, Second Chance Sanctuary must temporarily close its doors to all new intakes. We currently have 36 KITTENS ALONE, not counting the many adult cats desperately waiting for their forever homes. 🐾
The heartbreaking reality is that only TWO of us are caring for all these precious lives. We have NO volunteers, extremely limited resources, and absolutely NO MORE ROOM.
Every day, we receive desperate pleas to rescue more cats and kittens. Believe me, saying NO breaks our hearts. We started this sanctuary to save lives, not turn them away. But we simply cannot take in another animal until some of our babies find loving homes.
🙏 WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY NOW MORE THAN EVER! Every adoption opens space for another life to be saved. If you cannot adopt, please consider volunteering, donating, or simply sharing our posts.
