🏍️ That’s a Wrap on Sturgis 2026!

One last ride through Deadwood, then it was back to Sturgis to pack up the bikes and get everything ready for the trip home to New Orleans.

What a trip it’s been—13 days, 2,540 miles, from St. Rose, Louisiana, to Sturgis, South Dakota, and back toward home.

The bikes are loaded, all the gear is packed away, and the last night of Sturgis 2026 is officially in the books.

Wheels up at 9:30 AM! 🏍️

Great trip. Great riding. Great friends. And a whole lot of memories along the way.

A huge THANK YOU to the entire GSmith team who helped make this trip happen. From the planning and support to everything on the road, it truly takes a team.

Now it’s time to point the bikes south and head back to New Orleans. ⚜️

🏍️ Another Day Exploring the Black Hills with GSmith

Another great day on two wheels in Sturgis! We spent the day riding through the incredible Black Hills, taking in the scenery, winding roads, and some of the legendary stops that make the Sturgis experience unique.

Along the way, we checked out a few local favorites, including the world-famous Full Throttle Saloon, the Distillery, and the Spur Creek Saloon—better known for its great motto: “200 Miles from Somewhere.” 😂🏍️

Every stop has its own story, and every road brings something new.

Great riding, great people, and plenty of places worth stopping along the way.

Another day, another great ride in Sturgis.

A Taste of Louisiana in Sturgis! ⚜️🏍️

GSmith Motorsports brought a little bit of Louisiana hospitality to Sturgis!

We were proud to host Sheriff Pat West and Mike West, Mike Kennedy of Indian Motorcycle, Jeff James of James Marine, and their support teams for some good food, great conversation, and a taste of home.

GSmith Motorsports was excited to feature Louisiana Chef Jason Huguet of Steamboat Warehouse, who brought authentic Louisiana cooking to the table and gave everyone a chance to experience some true Louisiana flavor.

Great people, great food, and even better conversations. That’s what the Sturgis experience is all about!

🏍️ Building the Future with Indian Motorcycle & GSmith

Great working with Mike Kennedy, CEO of Indian Motorcycle, during this year’s Sturgis Rally.

We had the opportunity to talk about some exciting current and future ideas for Indian Motorcycle and GSmith Motorsports. It’s always great to connect with industry leaders, share ideas, and explore new ways to bring the motorcycle community together.

🏍️ A Great Start for bike week with GSmith!

We headed out through the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, making our way up to the iconic Mount Rushmore. The winding roads, mountain views, and incredible scenery made for some great riding.

Along the way, we spotted some local residents—prairie dogs—and then got a little surprise from Mother Nature in Custer State Park, one minute we were enjoying blue skies, and the next we were taking cover from a hailstorm at a local bank! 🌨️

Monday had a little bit of everything. That’s what makes these rides memorable—you never know what the next mile will bring.

Great roads, great people, and plenty of stories to take home.

🏍️ First Full Day at Sturgis — What a Ride!

What a way to kick off our first full day at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally!

We were invited to ride with a great group up to the Deer Mountain event in Deer Mountain Village, taking in some incredible Black Hills scenery along the way. From there, we rode through Historic Deadwood before stopping in Hill City for a quick snack and some time to recharge.

And somewhere along the way, we hit a pretty big milestone…

Great riding, beautiful scenery, and—best of all—meeting some great people along the way. That’s what makes a trip like this one memorable.

The roads are incredible, the bikes are rolling, and we’re just getting started!

Supporting the Next Generation ❤️🏍️

On the first Sunday of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, GSmith was proud to continue our commitment to supporting the younger generation and helping create opportunities for their growth and development.

We were honored to present $11,000 to Meade County Cares, a local nonprofit making a difference in the lives of young people and families throughout the community.

Giving back is an important part of who we are at GSmith, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support an organization that is investing in the future of the community.

There’s nothing quite like seeing the highways come alive with the sound of motorcycles and sharing the ride with people who understand the freedom that comes with life on two wheels.

The ride through western Nebraska and into South Dakota reminded us just how wild and beautiful the American prairie can be.

We spotted buffalo grazing across the open grasslands, a sight that never gets old and a reminder of the rich history and natural beauty of this part of the country. With endless prairies, rolling hills, and big western skies, today’s scenery was one we’ll never forget.

Sometimes the best part of the ride is what you discover along the way.
