ABC New Orleans/Bayou Chapter Young Professionals!
At our recent event, we enjoyed hearing from some amazing speakers who shared their valuable insights on the construction industry.
First, we heard from Wes Nash with our sponsor Perrier Esquerré Contractors, LLC , who discussed the difficulties they faced while building the Parish Line Bistro. He shared their experiences of overcoming challenges such as tight timelines, limited space, and unexpected surprises. His talk reminded us of the importance of adaptability and perseverance in the construction industry.
Following that, we heard from Jake Reichert who emphasized the importance of being punctual, respectful, humble, and honest, as well as taking ownership of our actions. These qualities are essential for building trust and credibility with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Let's all strive to incorporate these values into our daily work and interactions.
We also want to Cajun Industries, LLC Milton Graugnard for his contributions to the industry and his inspiring message on getting involved at any level in the construction industry. He highlighted how volunteering, networking, and seeking out opportunities to learn and grow can help young professionals advance their careers.
