Guys! This sweet boy needs a forever home! 🐶 ❤️

Tag someone who may be interested or send me a DM!

Help us get the word out in 📍 St.Pete 🌴

5 year old pittie who a sweet couple rescued from getting euthanized!

He’s neutered, heartworm negative, and relatively up-to-date with any shots/medicine (rabies, fleas, etc).

From the fosters:

While he is an absolute sweetheart with us (and will be with whomever his owner is), he is not other-dog-friendly, hates cats, and is very “stranger danger” with people he does not know.

So, we’re hoping to find an adopter who:

>Preferably has a yard or some land so he can run and have space
>Owns their home so rental restrictions will not now or ever be a concern for him
>Doesn’t have another dog or cat, and is okay with having Theo as your “only child”
>Is home more than they’re not - no dog ever deserves to be in a crate more than for short periods here and there. We don’t keep Theo in a crate more than an hour per day, if that.
>Is committed to his care, training, and socialization, and will not waver when challenges occur - dogs are forever, please take it seriously.
>Can be warm, patient, and compassionate with him. He has had a difficult life already; has been abandoned, on the street, in animal control, and almost euthanized- he deserves warmth and compassion.

Adopt don’t Shop 🫶🏼

Every year, millions of dogs and cats enter animal shelters across the U.S.
Around 920,000 shelter animals are euthanized annually — not because they’re bad animals, but because there aren’t enough homes.

Some wait months.
Some never get a single application.
Black dogs are often overlooked the longest. Senior dogs are passed by for puppies. And scared animals are labeled “unfriendly” when they’re really just terrified and confused.

A shelter kennel is loud. Stressful. Lonely.
Many animals spend 23+ hours a day in small concrete spaces waiting for someone to notice them.

Meanwhile, thousands of perfectly healthy, loving animals are abandoned every single day due to moving, finances, breakups, inconvenience, or people simply not understanding the responsibility of owning a pet.

And yet…
Shelter dogs continue to wag their tails.
They still walk up to the front of the kennel hoping the next person is their person.

One adoption may not change the world…
but for that animal, their entire world changes.

Adopt. Foster. Donate. Share their faces. Talk about them.
Because they cannot advocate for themselves. 🐾❤️

🎊 IT’S OFFICIAL YALL! 🎊

KIBL just became an official 501(c)(3) 💫

Translation: we’re legit, growing, and ready to make an even bigger impact.

Now donations are tax-deductible, partnerships open up, and we can reach more dogs around the world who need food, care, and love.

This is only the beginning 🐾
