Our mission is to provide access to essential support such as housing assistance, job opportunities, and personal development, while offering faith-based encouragement rooted in the Word of God.

We are committed to helping individuals rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and purpose. Through stewardship, integrity, and a heart for service, we aim to create a safe and supportive environment where lives can be restored and strengthened.

There’s something God has placed on my heart that I can’t ignore.

I’m building a mission to help women and children who are struggling—families who need real support, not just words. A place where people can find help with housing, job opportunities, guidance, and prayer.

This isn’t just an idea… it’s something I’ve lived, prayed over, and now I’m stepping out in faith to build.

I didn’t start this nonprofit because I had extra time.
I started it because I kept seeing the same need over and over again women, children, and families trying to survive without support.

“I Am About My Father’s Business” was created to bring practical help and spiritual encouragement to those in crisis.

We are officially registered, approved, and preparing to launch our first outreach initiative.
This is just the beginning.

We’re preparing to launch the Olive 🫒 Tree Branch Circle, a Bible Study & Prayer Circle under
I AM ABOUT MY FATHER’S BUSINESS INCORPORATED.

This circle is being created as a space for prayer, sound biblical teaching, encouragement, and meaningful fellowship. Our heart is to grow together, stay rooted in God’s Word, and strengthen our walk through intentional community.

After much prayer and careful consideration, I’ve decided to move forward with a new structure for the nonprofit.

At this time, I will be transitioning away from the current board arrangement and will continue the work alongside my husband Mr Carney, as we focus on strengthening the foundation and daily operations. This decision comes after several months of limited engagement and is simply about aligning the organization with the level of involvement required to move forward effectively.

I’m grateful for everyone who was willing to be listed during the early setup phase, and I wish each person nothing but the best. As the nonprofit continues to grow, I will later invite individuals who have the time, availability, and desire to be actively involved in the mission.
