Dear Homeowners,
We have received inquiries regarding telecommunications companies digging in front yards throughout the neighborhood. Please be aware that this work is taking place within public rights-of-way and established utility easements. By law, utility and telecom providers have the legal right to access these areas to install and maintain their infrastructure. The HOA has no jurisdiction over these specific easements, did not authorize or hire these companies, and has no authority to stop or manage their work. If you have concerns regarding the construction process or property restoration, please address them directly with the telecom company performing the work.

The City's free Sensible Sprinkling Program, which helps residents and businesses improve the efficiency of their irrigation systems with the guidance of a local expert, is closing soon.

Don't miss out on this free service currently available to City water customers with operable, in-ground sprinkler systems using potable, reclaimed, or well water. Eligible customers will receive, at no charge:
· A sprinkler system evaluation
· Water efficiency report with site-specific recommendations
· A diagram of the existing sprinkler layout
· Free installation of a rain sensor
· Personalized water conservation tips
