What if your lived experience could become your greatest leadership strength?

Cetera is launching Leadership Through Lived Experience: Basic Needs Initiative, a new, in-person opportunity for young adults with lived experience in foster care to build leadership skills, strengthen their voice, and create meaningful change in their communities.

** No previous leadership experience is needed. Just a willingness to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Over four interactive sessions, participants will explore advocacy, systems change, storytelling, networking, and more, all while connecting with other young leaders who understand the journey.

This week, members of the Cetera team had the opportunity to facilitate training at the Selfless Love Foundation Youth Symposium, equipping adult supporters with tools and strategies focused on adolescent development and coaching. 💙

We are grateful to be part of conversations that strengthen the support systems surrounding young people and help create environments where they can thrive. Thank you to the Selfless Love Foundation for bringing together so many dedicated champions for youth.
