St. Petersburg Arts Alliance

The St. Pete Arts Alliance strives to promote arts throughout the city and to support local artists and businesses.

Petersburg Arts Alliance is the only nonprofit dedicated to raising money and advocating for our entire creative community – artists, arts and cultural organizations, and creative businesses. We raise money through individual and corporate gifts, event sponsorships, and state and federal grants that support community-wide arts efforts.

Join us October 2 at the Museum of Fine Arts as we celebrate the artists, creatives, organizations, and champions helping shape St. Petersburg’s creative community.

Expect live performances, food, drinks, museum access, and plenty of reasons to raise a glass to the people who keep our City of the Arts moving forward.💫

When artists have the support to create, our whole community benefits.

Through our grant programs, SPAA has invested over $126,000 in artists and creative projects overall, including $50,000 in grants awarded in 2025 alone.

That support helps artists bring ideas to life, take creative risks, and continue contributing to the vibrant arts community that makes St. Pete feel like St. Pete.

Behind those numbers are approximately 146 grants supporting artists and creative projects, and every grant represents an idea given a little more room to grow.

Through Arts for a Complete Education (ACE), more than 93,000 students each year have access to quality arts education in Pinellas County Public Schools. Each year, 60+ principals are recognized at the ACE Principals Breakfast, where student performances remind us why arts education matters.

Behind every performance is a community of educators, artists, parents, volunteers, and advocates working to ensure every student has the opportunity to create, learn, and thrive.
