Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate World Mangrove Day with us!

It was incredible to spend the day surrounded by so many people who care about our local environment and our community. Every conversation, every new connection, and every person who stopped by helps grow the movement to protect the places that make our coast so special.

Mangroves are some of Florida’s greatest natural defenders, protecting our shorelines, providing habitat for wildlife, improving water quality, and storing massive amounts of carbon. Celebrating them reminds us that even small actions can make a lasting impact.

A huge thank you to our amazing partners and everyone who helped make the day such a success. We can’t wait to see you at the next event as we continue building a healthier, more resilient blue economy together.

🌿 Happy World Mangrove Day! 🌊

Today was something special. 💙✂️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to celebrate our ribbon cutting! Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new neighbors, and officially opening our doors surrounded by this incredible community made the day one we’ll never forget.

We’re especially grateful to our amazing neighbors, Gypsea Blooms and The Carpenters Daughter, for sharing this milestone with us. Starting our businesses around the same time and supporting one another every step of the way made celebrating together feel like the perfect way to kick off this next chapter.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our mission, shopped our nonprofit thrift store, volunteered, donated, and believed in what we’re building. This is only the beginning.

Here’s to stronger communities, new friendships, and making a positive impact, together. 🌊♻️💚

🎉 Three small businesses. One block. One big celebration. 🎉

This Saturday we’re celebrating more than just a grand opening—we’re celebrating a neighborhood.

Join The Blue Urban Project Thrift, Gypsea Blooms, and The Carpenter’s Daughter as we officially cut the ribbon together and kick off a new chapter for the 1600 block of Central Avenue!

🗓 Saturday, July 25
✂️ Community Ribbon Cutting at 1:00 PM
🛍 Shop local all day (10 AM–9 PM)
📍 1620 Central Ave, St. Petersburg

When we first opened our doors, we all started around the same time and have spent the past months cheering each other on, sending customers next door, and proving that collaboration beats competition every time. It only felt right to celebrate together.

Come explore three unique shops, meet your neighbors, discover local makers, and help us show what makes St. Pete’s small business community so special.

See you Saturday! 💙🌿🌸

It’s officially happening, and we’re so excited to celebrate this milestone alongside our amazing neighbors!

We all opened our businesses around the same time, and ever since then we’ve been supporting one another, sharing ideas, and helping each other grow. It only felt right to continue that tradition with one giant ribbon cutting for all three of us.

Come celebrate with us, meet your neighbors, explore some incredible local businesses, like Eat This Dessert First and help us kick off an exciting new chapter for the 1600 block. We can’t wait to see everyone there!
