IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM QPM:
Dear residents,

The dumpsters on property are for household garbage. Large items such as appliances and mattresses require a special request from the city to dispose of them and are billed at a separate rate.

Household garbage needs to be placed INSIDE the dumpsters, not tossed over the coral gates or left next to the dumpster. Your association dues/rent DO NOT COVER someone coming along behind you to clean it up.

There are 2 side to each garbage coral and dumpster. If one side is full, that usually means residents have just set garbage bags inside the opening, but the dumpsters are usually still only half full. If the garbage door appears full, please go around to the other side of the dumpster and you will find you can throw your garbage inside at the other door. If for some reason the dumpster is full in both sides, please throw your garbage in another dumpster on property. Tossing the garbage in the ground causing a huge problem with rodents.

Your assistance in this matter is expected and appreciated.
