Dreamer Kane recently headed to Whitefish, Montana for an adventure with his family! From a guided UTV tour through the mountains to cruising the lake by boat, Kane’s dream was filled with incredible memories and plenty of adventure. ⛰️🌲🚤

10-year-old dreamer Nicholas met his new best friend, Max, and we have a feeling these two are going to be inseparable!

And to make this milestone even sweeter, wrightsgourmethouse donated the cutest custom cake for Nicholas and Max to celebrate together! 🎂🐾 Thank you, Wright’s for making such a special day even more memorable! ✨

We also recognize the families who walk beside them and the incredible doctors, nurses, and medical professionals who provide care and comfort throughout their journeys. 💛
