Django had his scheduled fho surgery yesterday. Something we didn't plan for was the left hip was in need of repair as well. We think that at some point in his life he was hit by a car and he was left untreated and in pain. We had raised funds for the right hip so that leaves us with a balance of $2k at the vet for the left hip. I really wish I knew what his life was like prior to ending up in the shelter. At some point he had an embedded collar or rope because the scar is thin. This sweet heart likes everyone and just wants to cuddle. He also has a damaged hip that needs surgical repair.
