Hey Neighbors!

We're bringing live music to the neighborhood with our first-ever Music on the Lawn, and we'd love for YOU to be part of it!

Whether you're a solo artist, part of a duo, or have a small acoustic group, we'd love to showcase the incredible talent right here in Crescent Heights. Perform a short set, meet your neighbors, and help create a fun, laid-back evening of live local music.

We're also looking for a volunteer MC to help introduce performers, keep the event flowing, and bring great energy throughout the evening.

Interested in performing or emceeing? Drop a comment below or an email to Jordan at [email protected].

Be sure to include:
🎸 Your name
🎵 What you play (or if you'd like to MC)
⏱️ Approximate length of your set

We'll provide the sound equipment, you bring the talent!

Date: Aug 15 at 5:30PM | Ramona's Backyard

We can't wait to celebrate our amazing neighborhood with an evening of music, community, family and friends.

Hey Neighbors!

With our area currently experiencing a severe drought, St. Petersburg remains under once-a-week watering restrictions. It's important to know the current rules, violations no longer receive warnings and may result in a $193 citation, plus court costs.

Not sure what the restrictions are? The City of St. Petersburg is hosting free 45-minute virtual webinars where you'll learn:
✔️ Current watering restrictions
✔️ Why they're in place
✔️ How to avoid violations
✔️ Ways to help conserve water

Upcoming Webinar Dates (12:00–12:45 p.m.):
• July 21: https://StPeteUnderstandingWaterRestrictions20260721.eventbrite.com
• July 31: https://StPeteUnderstandingWaterRestrictions20260731.eventbrite.com
• August 5: https://StPeteUnderstandingWaterRestrictions20260805.eventbrite.com
• August 17: https://StPeteUnderstandingWaterRestrictions20260817.eventbrite.com

You can also learn more about the current restrictions and find your designated watering day here:

Let's all do our part to conserve water and help protect this valuable resource. 💙

Hey neighbors!

A coyote was recently spotted in Crescent Lake Park (6/2/26). Park Services is aware of the animal and is actively monitoring the situation. The coyote has reportedly been residing in the park area for some time.

As a reminder, coyotes are most active during the evening and nighttime hours and may occasionally travel through surrounding neighborhoods. Residents can help reduce human-wildlife interactions by:

• Not leaving pet food outdoors
• Never attempting to feed coyotes
• Securing trash in proper bins
• Keeping a close eye on pets, especially at dawn, dusk, and nighttime

If you have immediate safety concerns, please contact the St. Petersburg Police Department's non-emergency line so officers can assess the situation and make the appropriate notifications.

Thank you for helping keep both our neighborhood and local wildlife safe.

Hey neighbors!

This summer, the St. Petersburg Library System is inviting residents to help create a community zine inspired by this year's Summer Reading theme: "Unearth A Story."

Participants will create a page that shares a personal story, memory, or piece of neighborhood history. These pages will be combined into a community-wide zine featuring voices and stories from across St. Pete.

📍 Mirror Lake Community Library
📅 Wednesday, June 10
🕕 6:00–8:00 PM

The program will be offered at libraries throughout the city to gather diverse perspectives and celebrate what makes our neighborhoods unique. The finished zine will be distributed at the Adult End of Summer Party on August 2.
