☀️ YMCA Summer Camp is officially underway!

We’re off to an incredible start across Day, Teen, Specialty, Sports, and Culinary Camps!

Campers are already making new friends, connecting with counselors, and jumping into all the fun—swimming, splash pads, field trips, guest speakers, and plenty of Kona Ice and smiles along the way.

Teens are out exploring the community, specialty campers are building real skills on the water and field, and our Little Chefs kicked things off with a “Tour of Italy” full of delicious creations.

Water Smart Rule #6: Know What to Do (Before You Need To)

Emergencies don’t wait. Learn how to recognize signs of distress, call for help, and respond calmly. Don’t jump in the water to save a friend who is struggling – use a long object to reach for them and pull them to safety.

Bonus: Take a CPR or water safety class at your local Y, because heroes aren’t born, they’re trained.

JOIN THE CHALLENGE BY MAY 31! The Y wants to help you stay committed to a healthy lifestyle this summer!

Here’s how it works:
✅ Commit to the challenge by registering either online or in-branch, then pick up a punch card from the Welcome Center.

✅ Visit your local YMCA, scan in and get your card punched!

✅ Visit 10 times each month in June, July and August.

At the end of the challenge, bring your punch card to the branch.
Participants who complete the challenge will receive a shirt (while
supplies last) also be entered for a chance to win additional prizes.
