🤝Introducing Our Inaugural Partner in Impact Award Recipients

No organization creates lasting community change alone. It takes partners willing to work together toward a shared vision.

POC is proud to recognize STAR Young Professionals Network and the St. Petersburg Association of Fire Fighters, IAFF Local 747 as the inaugural recipients of our Partner in Impact Award.

The award honors organizations whose collaboration with POC helps advance our mission and strengthen our community.

Founded in 2010, Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network established community engagement as a core pillar of its mission. During its inaugural organization selection process, leadership identified POC as a key partner due to its targeted mission of addressing immediate community needs and empowering vulnerable residents.

Over the past 16 years, the collaboration has expanded from seasonal drives into comprehensive infrastructure enhancement through direct outreach, operational support, and statewide mobilization. STAR YPN's strategic expansion efforts included partnering with the St. Petersburg Association of Fire Fighters, IAFF Local 747 to significantly increase the scale and reach of the annual back-to-school drive and the Thanksgiving meal drive.

We look forward to celebrating these outstanding partners during our Better Together: Anniversary Reception & Partner Recognition.
