Hey neighbors! We’ve got a packed Saturday coming up and we want you to be a part of it. We’re kicking things off with our wellness walk followed by a community cleanup.

🗓️ The Schedule | Saturday, May 23rd
• 9:00 AM: Meet at the Enoch Davis Center (as usual!) for our walk over to Somebody’s Coffee. ☕️ (And yes, we double-checked—they are definitely open this time!)
• Post-Coffee: We’re heading straight from the shop to Silver Lake Park to start our Neighborhood Cleanup. 🧹

Bring your friends, your family, and your favorite neighbors. It’s a great way to get some fresh air and keep 13th Street Heights looking beautiful!

Community donations at work! 🎉

Thanks to your support, our Little Sunshine Pantry is officially restocked with Aldi finds! We’ve got breakfast essentials like oatmeal and protein bars, fun snacks, plus plenty of veggies, rice, and pasta to help you build a meal. 🥣🥦

📍 13th Street Heights is a food desert, which makes this resource vital for our neighbors.

Our Neighborhood Wellness Walks series is officially updated! 👟✨ Whether you’re looking to meet your neighbors, get some fresh air, or support local spots, we’ve got a walk for you.

It is such an honor to see our 13th Street Heights Neighborhood recognized in this way! We are incredibly proud of this community 🥹

We’ve been named Neighborhood of the Year! 🏆🌴

This achievement is a testament to the pride, leadership, and collaboration of every resident. Thank you to the Mayor for this incredible recognition! We are grateful for your support and the opportunity to showcase what can be achieved when neighbors work together.

Our efforts have focused on improving safety, wellness, and connection through sustainable, community-driven projects. This includes:

Partnerships with Keep Pinellas Beautiful and Healthy St. Pete for Wellness Walks, neighborhood clean-ups, and storm drain marking.

Maintaining community staples like the out own free Library and the Little Sunshine Pantry to foster compassion.

Hosting citywide events and consistent social engagements to build a vibrant, inclusive neighborhood.

As our celebratory poster shows, from hands-on work to joyful community gatherings, it truly takes all of us to create lasting positive change. We are rooted in service, collaboration, and care.

Here’s to continuing to grow together and making 13th Street Heights even better!

👟 Weekend Wellness Walk Recap! 🌿
Our most recent Wellness Walk was a lesson in flexibility and discovering local gems!

We originally planned to head to Somebody’s Coffee on Saturday, but with our community cleanup happening at the same time (huge thanks to everyone who helped out with that! 🧹), we shifted the walk to Sunday.

Since Somebody’s Coffee takes a well-deserved break on Sundays, we adjusted our route and spent the morning exploring the vibrant energy of Deuces Live. It was such a beautiful day to be out, moving together, and taking in the history and atmosphere of the district.

We ended our trek at Eat Art Love, and wow—what an incredible local spot! 🎨🥘 If you haven’t been yet, it is a must-visit for the vibes and the food. We’re so glad we stumbled into this experience.

Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten Somebody’s Coffee ! We will definitely be circling back soon to catch then while the doors are open. ☕️

We are so thrilled to announce that the Little Sunshine Pantry is officially up and running at Silver Lake Park! This community resource is here to ensure that “the sun shines on all” by providing 24/7 access to food and essential items for those who need them most.

🍎 A Huge Shout-Out to Healthy St. Pete!

A massive thank you to Healthy St. Pete for their incredible partnership and dedication to building a culture of health in our city. Their support has been instrumental in bringing this pantry to life and helping us tackle food insecurity right here in our own backyard.

Our pantry runs on community love and generosity. If you’re able to help us keep the shelves stocked with nutritious food and hygiene essentials, please consider making a donation.

Physical Donations: Drop off non-perishable goods directly at the pantry in Silver Lake Park.

We had a great turnout and an even better conversation with our neighbors about the future of our community. We were honored to have Mayor Welch in attendance, along with amazing City staff from multiple departments, including Codes Compliance, Parks & Recreation, Transportation, SPPD, and more.

This workshop was all about listening, sharing ideas, and working together to identify the priorities, challenges, and opportunities in our neighborhood, from mobility and safety to parks and quality of life.

Thank you to everyone who came out, shared their voice, and helped shape what comes next for 13th Street Heights. This is community in action!
