Thank you to everyone who joined us for this month’s C**A meeting! Our discussion focused on board and member engagement, what’s working, the challenges our associations are facing, and how we can get more neighbors involved.

This meeting was also part of our continued redesign of C**A’s general meetings. We’re working toward fewer presentations and more opportunities for conversation, giving neighborhood leaders time to ask questions, exchange resources and ideas, learn from one another, and bring successful strategies back to their own neighborhoods.

We took lots of notes! So keep an eye out as we turn ideas from these conversations into new resources for our neighborhood associations and leaders.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the evening such a success. We’re excited to keep building on this format together!

**Neighborhood Sign Update**

The City is exploring changes to the way neighborhood signs are installed, maintained, and replaced.

This week, City Council’s Public Services & Infrastructure Committee received an update on a proposed new program that could include:

• Standardized neighborhood sign options
• More option for signs in the public right-of-way
• Use of Neighborhood Partnership Matching Grant funding
• Funding for future maintenance and repairs
• A simpler process for installation and replacement

We've been advocating for a clearer and more practical process for neighborhood signage, and we’re glad to see this conversation moving forward.

There is still more work to be done, and the City plans to continue developing the program and gathering feedback from C**A and neighborhood associations as it moves forward.
