If you're passionate about developing young leaders and want to make an impact behind the scenes, we'd love to have you on our team. This volunteer position is open to anyone 18+ and does not require you to be on-site during our June seminar, making it a great way to get involved no matter your schedule.

Virtual scrapbook of the memories we shared as we dove into leadership, one month ago 📸

What started as a weekend became a ripple effect of confidence, courage, service, and connection that continues to spread far beyond our HOBY FLW seminar! 🌎

The tide may have carried us home, but a piece of HOBY Youth Leadership will always stay with us! 🌊

1 state, 4 seminars, 1 shared mission 🌎

From North to South & East to West, HOBY Florida is united by the same purpose: inspiring and empowering young leaders to be the change and make difference in their communities.

Every seminar is unique, but the friendships, mentorship, and impact extend far beyond a single weekend.

No matter which site your HOBY journey began at, you’re part of one incredible Florida family.

Here’s to the connections that cross regions, the relationships that last a lifetime, and the leaders who continue to inspire us every day. 💫
