HOBY FL-West 2027 planning is just around the corner and we're looking for our next Director of Recruitment!

If you're passionate about developing young leaders and want to make an impact behind the scenes, we'd love to have you on our team. This volunteer position is open to anyone 18+ and does not require you to be on-site during our June seminar, making it a great way to get involved no matter your schedule.

As Director of Recruitment, you'll help connect with schools across West Florida to recruit and support the next group of HOBY ambassadors.

DAY 2 was a success!!! Ambassadors brought the competition to HOBY Ocean, had meaningful conversations in their small groups, heard from keynote speaker Dr. Q, and had the best final night dancing and socializing at HOBY Splash😌 See you tomorrow for Closing Ceremonies!

We had a GREAT first day at HOBY FL-W! So many laughs, new friendships, and plenty of stepping out of our comfort zones☺️ Already can’t wait for day 2!!
