♥️🐩🐾SAMSON ADOPTED AND IT'S A DREAM COME TRUE!
Congratulations to Samson and his incredible new family!!

He came to Florida Poodle Rescue when his former owner had to move into an assisted living facility. He was described by his previous owner as a wonderful dog with good manners and an easy going personality.

He loves to play and lucky for him,
he has a very happy and active new family. Samson's family consists of former adopters, Richard and Alisa, their 17 year old son, and two Poodle siblings. Ranger and Komondor Luna are both Florida Poodle Rescue Alums!

Thank you to our volunteers in Intake and transportation, our vets, and Lynne for reference checks. Special thanks to Nan for fostering this sweet boy, loving him, and getting him ready for his new home!

❤️🐩🐾 Fabulous New Family!
Sweet Mabel came from the county shelter after being picked up as a stray. Her prior owner was contacted, but could not take care of Mabel and released her to Florida Poodle Rescue.

After being vetted, Mabel found her way to her foster parents, Lori and John. Mabel realized right away that John was her person and she wasn't going to leave his side!

She won over the entire family's adoration. Mabel has two new playmates named Merlin and Domino. Both are Florida Poodle Rescue Alums. What a happy new beginning!

Thank you to all our volunteers. Thanks to Charlie for reference checks, Kelly for the home visit, and Lori and John for loving Mabel and giving her the life she deserves! ❤️

❤️🐩🐾 MAX SAYS ADOPT ME!
The adorable Max just turned one year old (born 10/10/2025) and weighs 10.5lbs. He is a light apricot miniature Poodle. He was surrendered through no fault of his own. His owners were not prepared to raise a puppy, and they were not able to give him the attention and care he needed. He's located in Tampa, FL.

On initial meeting with his foster he was cautious and appeared fearful. He even growled and snapped at his foster dad. After leaving him alone for about 5 minutes he was approaching foster dad and looking for attention.

After about 15 minutes, he started jumping into his foster's lap demanding attention.😊
He's turned out to be a cuddly boy with both his foster mom and dad.

He loves to play in the yard, by himself or with the other dogs in the family. He sometimes gets a little rough with play, but that's just puppy behavior.

Max will sleep in a crate, but it needs to be in the room with his people. He walks well on a leash and is learning to heel.

❤️🐩🐾DREAMS COME TRUE!
Roey Belle's foster mom, Mary, says little Roey is wonderful. She is also a sweet girl and very easy going. She's never met a stranger she didn't like and she enjoys socializing with other dogs. She came to Florida Poodle Rescue when her elderly owner was no longer able to care for her.

Ronnie and her husband Sanford recently lost one of their dogs. They were looking for a companion for their Yorkiepoo Peanut. They drove 5 hours to meet Roey Belle. She was very happy to meet Peanut and immediately interested in playing with her too. She was also excited to meet Ronnie and Sanford and when the time came, she happily left with her new family.

Thanks to Eileen for checking references, Mary for picking Roey Belle up and fostering her and to Obi her amazing standard poodle who welcomes all the fosters and makes them feel right at home.

Marlo 1 lyr, 45lbs, Standard Poodle looking for his forever home!
Located in Tampa, FL.

Marlo is loving and fun! He walks well on lead and loves going on walks to see if anything exciting has happened since his last neighborhood survey!

He is definitely a snuggler and enjoys sleeping at the foot of his foster's bed.

Marlo definitely loves playing with his stuffed squeaky toys. He also eats well and sleeps through the night.

He is a bit leary of other dogs, but if introduced properly he's okay. Foster family has pets of their own and say they love having Marlo as a visitor in their home.

Oh Heavenly Father
Open your loving arms for our sweet Miss Daisy as she returns home today whole again with her sight, hearing, body renewed with her youthful, playful spirit & abounding energy that we all loved & enjoyed these many years.

Bless her with happiness & surround her with all our family members there including Rosebuddy, Asher Boy & Maxie waiting for her at the Pearly Gates, as the bright yellow sunbeams guide her to you dear Lord Almighty.

We are grateful for the wonderful memories as Daisy will remain forever in our hearts until we all are reunited again.

Miss Daisy was one of the 90+ parti Poodle miniatures and toys that were confiscated from a raid in 2012. The dogs were all living in a trailer stacked up in cages on top of each other ranging in ages from Puppies to 12 years old. They had never been let out of the trailer or their cages. When we got them they didn't even know what grass was and they had a hard time dealing with daylight.
