Congratulations to Cadet Grafton Stuart for being promoted to C/Staff Sergeant, and achieving the Wright Brothers Award.

Cadets earn the award upon completing Phase I, “The Learning Phase,” consisting of the Cadet Program’s first three achievements. As such, the award recognizes excellence in all four areas of cadet life: leadership, aerospace, fitness, and character. In addition, Wright Brothers Award recipients have passed a challenging, closed-book examination testing leadership knowledge and proficiency in drill and ceremonies.

Congratulations to the St. Petersburg Cadet Squadron cadets who recently earned milestone awards!

Cadet James Connors was promoted to Cadet Lieutenant Colonel and earned the Eaker Award. Only 2% of cadets in the nation have earned the Eaker award.

Cadets Olivia Dailey and Alexander Stent achieved the Mitchell Award and were promoted to Cadet Second Lieutenant.

Milestone awards recognize sustained excellence in all four areas of cadet life: leadership, aerospace, fitness, and character.
