What a wonderful day of sisterhood, growth, and connection! 💙🤍 Our retreat focused on mental health, personal reflection, and envisioning our individual puzzle pieces as we prepare for an impactful sorority year. From delicious food and informative mental health training to meaningful conversations and sisterly bonding, it was truly a day well spent!

A special thank you to Church of the Isles, Dr. Richardson, Picnic Chemistry, Innovation Creations by Mayte, and Sweet’s Boutique for helping make our retreat a success. Your support and contributions are truly appreciated! 💙🤍

Mental Health is not a sign of weakness, but a testament to our strength and resilience. World Mental Health Day is our way of recognizing and understanding that caring for our mental health and emotional well-being is just as crucial as our physical health.
Today, be intentional about checking on your loved ones - including your friends.
There’s not a certain ‘look’ - Just be kind. Encourage open conversations. Lend a listening ear, offer a hug or give someone a word of support, as they may be struggling in silence.
If that someone is you - remember that you are never alone on this journey.
