The future is bright! 🌟 Thank you, District 5 Staff and Umpires for all the work you put into the tournament! (And, yes! Goldie was honorary D5 Staff this year!)

⚾️ DISTRICT TOURNAMENT TIME! ⚾️

The road to a District Championship starts Friday night at Northeast Little League.

This year’s 8–10 Baseball District Tournament features two Northeast teams:

🔵 NELL Blue
🔴 NELL Red

along with PPNLL 1 and PPNLL 2 in a double-elimination tournament where every game matters.

📅 June 12–17
📍 Northeast Little League Stadium

Northeast Little League is proud to host the 8–10 Softball District Tournament as NELL takes on PPNLL in a best-of-three series with a District Championship on the line.

📅 June 12-14, 2026
📍 Northeast Little League

Game 1: Friday at 6:00 PM
Game 2: Saturday at 10:00 AM
Game 3 (if necessary): Saturday at 1:00 PM

These girls have worked hard all season for this opportunity. Come pack the stands, make some noise, and help create an unforgettable atmosphere as they compete for a chance to advance.

Join us June 17–19 as Northeast Little League hosts the 9–11 Baseball District Tournament right here in St. Petersburg.

Come out and support these incredible young athletes as Northeast takes on St. Pete in a best-of-three series. Bring your family, wear your league colors, and help us create an electric atmosphere at the ballpark!

One of the coolest parts of NELL is getting to watch these kids grow up. ❤️💙

Congratulations to NELL alumni Jay and Owen, along with the entire Jesuit baseball team, on winning the FHSAA State Championship! ⚾🏆

Jay shared something with us that perfectly captures what makes NELL so special:

“From friends to coaches to teammates, NELL really shaped my baseball career. Using the cages here, throwing with my dad and brothers, or doing sprints. NELL is somewhere I feel like I can thrive and I know that anyone I see there has the same goals: get better at baseball and have fun.”

That’s what it’s all about. Community. Growth. Friendship. Hard work. Love for the game.

We’re so proud to see former NELL players continuing to compete and represent at such a high level.

And we know there are MANY more amazing NELL alumni out there doing incredible things in sports and beyond. If you know a former NELL player who recently won a district, regional, or state championship in any sport, send us a DM so we can celebrate them too!

You’re the funniest guy we know, Beau Schneider! Thank you for keeping us laughing, keeping it real (sometimes too real) and keeping us on our toes! You have grown into an amazing player, teammate and leader — even being the youngest “12” we have at NELL. With your heart on your sleeve, you’ve given us everything you’ve had since you were 4. ❤️ We will certainly miss your big hits and big plays but also your umpiring, commentating and big hit cellies! We hope to see lots of the latter in the All Star games though! 🌟 We know you’ll come back to see us … but go win it all first, little bro. We are your biggest fan. 🎉💙⚾️❤️
