Better coaches = a better experience for our kids. ⚾️💙
This morning, our NELL coaches, assistant coaches, and parent volunteers had the opportunity to learn from the incredible team at Arsenal Performance Training, and this was exactly what we hoped this clinic would be.
We had great questions, plenty of “oh yeah, I forgot about that” refreshers, brand-new drills to bring back to our teams, and new perspectives on how we can teach the game more effectively.
Because no matter how long you’ve been coaching, there is ALWAYS something new to learn.
A huge thank you to Brian Tollberg and Ricardo Lizcano for giving us their time, sharing their knowledge, answering our questions, and helping our coaches level up before the season.
Our coaches showed up today because they want to get better for their players. And at the end of the day, that’s what this is all about. Giving our kids the best possible experience on the field. ⚾️
