🌱 Community Power in Action! 🌱

On Saturday, Oct 3rd, 40 incredible volunteers teamed up with Keep Pinellas Beautiful, Volunteer Florida, the City of Treasure Island, and Treasure Island Adopt-A-Beach for a massive native planting and cleanup event!

Together, we accomplished some amazing things:

🌳 77 native plants & shrubs planted across Voyager Beach Club, Treasure Island Beach Club, and Tropic Terrace.

🗑️ 405 lbs of invasive species removed to protect our local ecosystem!

A massive thank you to Volunteer Florida and every single person who showed up to lend a hand.

👻 Ready for round three? Join us on Saturday, Oct 31st (Halloween) for our next native planting event! Costumes are highly encouraged as we keep our environment green and clean. 🎃✨

🌱 Growing Green Futures with the Rays Up Foundation! ⚾💙

We are thrilled to announce that Keep Pinellas Beautiful has received grant funding from the Rays Up Foundation for Growing Green Futures: Community Restoration and Youth Education at Mary’s Meadow! 🌿✨

This exciting initiative brings hands-on restoration, environmental education, and youth engagement to Pinellas County, with a special focus on Moccasin Lake Nature Park in Clearwater 🌳💧.

Through volunteer opportunities and educational programming, participants will learn about conservation and native plants while helping restore this special community space 📚🤝.

A massive THANK YOU to the Tampa Bay Rays Up Foundation for investing in a greener future for Pinellas County! Together, we’re growing a greener tomorrow, one young steward and one restored habitat at a time 💚🌻.
