Downtown parking garages will be open to the public. Visitors are also encouraged to use public transportation for a smoother experience. Convenient options include the SunRunner, St. Petersburg Trolley Downtown Looper, and the Central Avenue Trolley.

Neighborhood Relations Open House

Friday, September 25, from 10 AM - 2 PM @ City Hall (175 5th St N)

The Neighborhood Relations team has been working to reimagine how it engages with and supports St. Pete’s neighborhoods, and residents are invited to come see what’s new. Tour the team’s new space, explore the new neighborhood resource library, check out the conference room where individualized, hands-on training opportunities will be offered, and get a first look at the team’s new community liaison branding.

There will also be light bites and St. Pete swag available for visitors.

🚧 T-Mobile Fiber Installation Update

You may have noticed blue and red utility flags or spray-painted markings near your property. Tillman FiberCo, which is installing a fiber network for T-Mobile, plans to begin work in Greater Woodlawn on Wednesday, August 26.

The map shows the planned installation routes. Residents should receive a T-Mobile door tag before work begins near their property. The flags and markings identify existing underground utilities, so please do not remove them.

Work will take place within the public right-of-way or utility easement, and the company is required to restore the area once work is completed.

🧘 Yoga in Woodlawn is Back This Week!

After a short break, Yoga in Woodlawn returns this Wednesday, July 22! Join Ruben Vasquez for an hour of gentle movement, stretching, breathing and relaxation.

Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this donation-based class is open to all experience levels, including beginners and those who don't consider themselves flexible or athletic. Just bring a yoga mat (or oversized towel) and wear comfortable exercise clothes.

These include free sprinkler system checkups, indoor water conservation kits, rebates for high-efficiency toilets, smart irrigation controllers and shallow wells, plus recognition for water-wise landscapes.
